Billionaire Lists 248-Foot Superyacht for $12 Million Profit Without Ever Using It

A billionaire has put his 248-foot luxury superyacht up for sale before even stepping aboard — and he’s looking to cash in with a $12 million profit.

The magnificent vessel, known as Feadship One, was originally commissioned in 2023 and is packed with high-end features like a private beach club, a full gym, and opulent interiors.

Despite investing heavily in the yacht, the owner appears to have had a change of heart. Without ever cruising on it, he’s now decided to sell the yacht before its official delivery.

When it comes to superyacht ownership, the ultra-wealthy spare no expense. Billionaires like Jeff Bezos, with his $500 million Koru, and Mark Zuckerberg, who reportedly added a $100 million yacht to his fleet, are prime examples.

But in this case, the anonymous billionaire who purchased Feadship One for $183 million has had second thoughts.

He’s now listing the yacht for $195 million, aiming to walk away with a $12 million profit — all without setting sail once.

The yacht completed its sea trials in 2024 and is scheduled for final delivery in 2025.

For the hefty asking price, Feadship One offers top-tier luxury and design. Crafted by Studio De Voogt and styled by famed design firm Gilles & Boissier, the yacht features six spacious cabins that comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Its main lounge boasts an open-plan layout with sliding glass doors that lead directly to the outdoor deck.

The owner’s suite is located on a private deck and includes a lavish bedroom, ensuite bath, private terrace, a dedicated lounge, study, and even a spa pool for ultimate relaxation.

On the exterior deck, you’ll find a glass-bottomed pool complete with bar seating — perfect for entertaining at sea. And for fitness enthusiasts, the yacht’s gym offers panoramic ocean views while you work out.

Additional amenities include a helipad and a tender garage stocked with high-end water toys.

With all these features in place, this yacht only needs one thing: a new owner ready to live the superyacht lifestyle.
